The Storybook

Ukrainian stories collected throughout the duration of the project will be collated into a hardcover book illustrated by Ukrainian artists. The book will be presented at a separate launch event before the play's season. In addition, it will be available to purchase online as well as at some Ukrainian community events. The book is a long-lasting memento of your contribution to this vital cause.

The Play

The project’s primary outcome is the immersive production staged in Italy (Florence) in 2023, as well as Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane) in 2024. The play will allow audiences to learn the history of the Ukrainian struggle over major events of Holodomor, Executed Renaissance, and the Revolution of Dignity. Additionally, audiences will embark on their own unique journey, witnessing Ukrainian legends and traditions, interacting with classic Ukrainian characters and tasting traditional Ukrainian cuisine.

Online Content

To produce both the book and the play, our team will collect authentic Ukrainian stories directly gathered from Ukrainians in Ukraine, Australia, and many other parts of the world. We will share them with our audience through audio recordings, written work, and film content. Stories are available on our website and Spotify. Check out the 'Stories' page for fortnightly updates.
